The South Korean Mobile Company LG has officially launched new flagship smartphone LG G6 on 26th Feb 2017 in Barcelona.
This time LG has moved away from its modular design in previous flagship LG G5 claiming to offer “back-to-basic approach to premium smartphones”. The crucial factor of the new smartphone is its ultra-wide display which has a wide aspect ratio and excellent viewing experience, according to LG.

Build Quality of LG G6
The all new LG G-6 is a phablet sized device with the 5.7-inch display with aluminium and glass body. The smartphone looks very premium with the metallic
frame. The phone’s back is matte finish, and the corners are rounded.
The LG G-6 has a wide quad HD display with the resolution of 2880×1440. It offers excellent 18:9 screen aspect ratio. LG claims to provide great cinematic viewing experience while watching videos and playing games. The display supports Dolby Vision and HDR -10 and screen is powered by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
LG offers dual rear camera setup with two 13 megapixel sensors one for wide angle shots and another for regular shots. At the front, the smartphone sports a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 100-degree lens.
The LG G6 will be available in two variants of 32 GB and 64 GB with expandable storage up to 2 TB via microSD card.
The new flagship has an inbuilt battery of 3300 mAh which is 500 mAh more than its previous flagship LG G5. It also supports quick charge 3.0 where you can charge your phone more than 50% in just 30 minutes.

LG G-6 comes with 4GB RAM and powered by Qualcomm 821 chipset which is quad core CPU. It comes with Adreno 530 GPU. LG G6 features all sensors Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, colour spectrum, etc.
LG G-6 runs on latest Android Nougat 7.0 and is the first non-pixel smartphone which supports Google Assistant.
